1. What Nestbrief is

Nestbrief (nestbrief.com) is an AI-powered home brief generation tool. For a one-time fee, users complete a guided conversation and receive a professionally structured brief document to use in meetings with residential architects. Nestbrief is not an architectural firm and does not provide professional architectural advice.

2. Eligibility

Nestbrief is intended for users aged 18 or older. Any information about other household members, including children, is provided by you as the adult user.

3. Payment

The service costs $49 USD plus any applicable sales tax, charged as a one-time payment processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Nestbrief does not store your payment details.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your brief, you may request a full refund — no questions asked — by emailing hello@nestbrief.com within 30 days of purchase.

5. What You Receive

Upon completing the guided session and confirming your brief, you will receive a PDF document delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Your brief is generated by AI based on the information you provide during your conversation. It may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed with your architect. The brief is an advisory document intended to help you prepare for architect meetings. It is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, or legal advice.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the session. Nestbrief is not liable for decisions made based on the content of your brief.

7. Intellectual Property

The brief generated from your session belongs to you. The Nestbrief platform, including its software, design, and AI systems, belongs to Nestbrief.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nestbrief is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestbrief is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
