Terms of Service - Architects

1. What this is
Nestbrief is an AI-powered home brief generation tool. As an architect, you buy sessions and send them to your clients. Your client completes a guided conversation, and both of you receive the finished brief. Nestbrief is not an architectural practice and does not provide architectural advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and acting on behalf of your practice.
3. Sessions and payment
Sessions are sold individually at $49 USD or in packs of 5, 10, or 20, plus any applicable sales tax. Payment is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Nestbrief does not store your payment details.
Sessions never expire. One session is used each time you send a client link. Client session links never expire and are single-use.
4. Refunds
Unused sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Sessions you have already sent are charged at the rate of the largest pack size at or below the number used. For example, if you buy 20 sessions and use 10, the 10 used sessions are charged at the 10-pack rate and the balance is refunded.

5. Inviting clients
You provide your client's name and email address, and Nestbrief sends them a private link directly. You do not receive that link and cannot open their session.
By entering a client's details, you confirm you have their permission to share them with us for this purpose.
6. What you receive
When your client completes their session, you receive a copy of their finished brief by email and in your panel. You can read the finished brief only, not their live conversation.
The brief is generated by AI from what your client tells us. It may contain errors or omissions. It is a starting point for your first meeting, not professional advice.
7. Your studio name
You can set a studio name that appears alongside the Nestbrief logo on everything your client sees. You confirm you have the right to use that name.
8. Ownership
The brief belongs to your client. You receive a copy to use in their project. The Nestbrief platform, including its software, design, and AI systems, belongs to Nestbrief.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the client details you enter, and for your own professional judgment. Nestbrief is not liable for design decisions made using a brief.
10. Limitation of liability
Nestbrief is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestbrief is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your place of residence.
