Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Email address — collected by Paddle at checkout
• Conversation content — your answers during the guided session
• Session data — progress, section summaries, and the generated brief

2. How We Use It

We use your data solely to provide the service: to generate your brief, deliver your PDF, and send session-related emails (welcome, reminder, and brief delivery). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Who Processes Your Data

• Paddle (paddle.com) — processes payments as our Merchant of Record. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic — your conversation content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your brief. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — your session data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
• Resend — used to deliver emails to you.

4. Data Retention

We retain your session data for 12 months after your session, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies only — necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@nestbrief.com. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR.
