Privacy Policy - Architects

1. What We Collect

  • Email address - collected by Paddle at checkout
  • Studio name - provided by you in your panel
  • Purchase history - the sessions you have bought
  • Client details - the names and email addresses you enter to invite clients
  • Technical data - IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and general location, collected via analytics

2. How We Use It

We use your data to provide the service: to create and maintain your account, send you sign-in links, deliver finished briefs to you, and show you the status of the clients you have invited. We also use it to understand and improve how our service performs, and to develop and improve Nestbrief, including its AI systems. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

3. Client Details You Provide

When you enter a client's name and email address, you confirm that you have their permission to share it with us for this purpose. We use it only to send them their session link and their finished brief, and to show you their status in your panel. We do not market to them.

4. Who Processes Your Data

  • Paddle (paddle.com) - processes payments as our Merchant of Record. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase - your account and session data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
  • Resend - used to deliver emails to you and to your clients.
  • Anthropic - your clients' conversation content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate their briefs. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Analytics and Ads) - provides aggregate website usage and advertising measurement. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook) - receives aggregate analytics and conversion data via the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising performance and reach. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and the briefs generated through your sessions to provide the service, for our own analysis, and to improve and develop Nestbrief, including its AI systems. We keep this data unless you ask us to delete it.

You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@nestbrief.com. Deleting your account does not delete briefs already delivered to your clients, which belong to them.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the service to function, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure our advertising performance and reach. We use only necessary and analytics or measurement cookies, not third-party ad-targeting cookies, and we do not sell your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@nestbrief.com. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR.
